One of our team of 60 in-house engineers will deliver your water cooler when it is convenient for you. It will be installed with minimum disruption to your workplace.

Engineer & vanWe employ the largest team of in house service engineers in the UK. We are Safe Contractor approved which ensures that when our engineers visit a customer site, strict health & safety regulations are adhered to and all administration processes are completed.

Our engineers attend regular training to improve their knowledge and experience. External courses completed by our engineers include, the Electrical Connection Certificate, Asbestos Awareness and EPDWA Sanitisation & Water Connection training. We also provide in-house courses on product knowledge, health and safety and customer care. We invest in our staff in order to ensure that we are providing the best possible service to our customers.

· Twice yearly service with all parts and labour included

Totalcare means that any filters, repairs or new parts required are included in your rental service so you will not be charged any additional fees.

Our service vans carry vehicle tracking devices meaning that we are able to locate the nearest engineer to your site in case of breakdown. 98%* of breakdowns are repaired by our engineers first time.

· Replacement unit if a repair cannot be undertaken on site
